Built from scratch — framed a new wall and recessed nook, ran low-voltage, hung and finished drywall, then installed shaker cabinetry, a marble counter, beverage center, and accent lighting.

Full tub-and-surround rebuild — new tub set, Schluter waterproofing, stacked vertical tile with brushed-gold trim and fixtures, over a marble-look porcelain floor.
